**Tuition Due on the 1st of Every Month**
All Students will be charged an annual $50 registration fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.
A late fee of $10 will be assessed to accounts after the 5th of the month, another $10 assessed on the 20th of the month. If Tuition has not been paid, Waldo Gymnastics, reserves the right to refuse entrance to classes, and/or competitions/performances.
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
Excessive absences, vacation, and or illness without Doctors noted does not terminate contract signed at enrollment, 50% of monthly tuition is due to hold your spot in program.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY WALDO GYMNASTICS TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS WITH A WRITTEN 30 DAY NOTICE. A 30 day notice must be given to drop a class. It must be received via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk 30 days before the drop. If a drop is given after the 30 days, tuition for that month will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE or EMAIL WITH A 30 DAY NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
